Letter From the President of Plano East Lacrosse

Plano East Lacrosse TEAMSconsist of 9th-12th grade boys who attend schools (or who live in the boundary lines) that feed into Plano EAST High School and who have registered with Plano East Lacrosse Association for the current playing season. Plano EAST Boys Lacrosse teams — JV & Varsity — consist of players ranging from 9th-12th grade. (12th graders play Varsity level only. Players must meet minimal requirements & try-outs in order to join the team).

Plano East Lacrosse ASSOCIATION — is an umbrella term that includes not only the team players & coaches, but also—parents & family— who ‘volunteer’ their time and talents to work together to support the Plano East Lacrosse club sport to function well!  Whether serving on the East Parent Committee and/or the East Board—it is the parent volunteers that make the season really work well. We team together to build our team players & coaches—to have a dynamic season!

Plano East Lacrosse TEAM SITE - www.planoeastlacrosse.com is loaded with informative and interesting facts about Plano EAST Lacrosse Association! Includes maps, practices times/locations, upcoming events, and key contact information.

Plano East Lacrosse COACHING STAFF — Head Coach Andrew Monaco is assisted by Coach Eric London.  Their contact information is available on the Team Site & Handbook to answer questions about practices, equipment needs, and/or team schedules. Our high school coaches are also greatly invested in our feeder program EAST JR Panthers Lacrosse.  See www.MurphyLax.com more info.

Plano East Lacrosse PARENT COMMITTEE — is vital to our existence! And EVERY Parent has a role to play. Without each parent doing their part to support PELA, we cannot be the best that we can be—and our organization will suffer without YOUR much needed participation—whether that’s helping with concessions, gate/tickets, spirit-wear or wherever the need maybe.
